First is because what a lot of people think of as healthy isn't. Women especially need all the nutrition we can get.We usually work harder and play harder than anyone .We are moms, wives and women. Healthy is balance mentally and physically .We keep working when everyone else is resting. And because we have fibro our bodies don't absorb vitamins like normal people do. Balance for our minds as well, balance is also doing things that make us happy. Chocolate makes us happy, plus good for brain fog . So if we balance our body we can afford to balance our mind.And I know that's hard in this day and age but trying is half the battle.
Then there is the fact that Fibro has been around since the 1800s, before gmos and fast food and what ever people and doctors want to blame. Think of the lifestyles of both the poor and the rich , how they ate and the fact that they got plenty of exercise and fresh air . None of that helped . The biggest causes of flares are stress, and weather and PMs and trust me when my PMS hit , none of the vitamins diet or yoga meant a damn thing. Plus my symptoms have bee with me since I can remember so about 5. Though around 2 or 3 had to be hooked up to a tube cause I had no appetite. Now certain food may trigger symptoms but if you have a well balanced diet that wont happen . I know . It also means that there is a chance we are born with it. And since most women's mothers or grandmothers had it and my son has it these even a chance its genetic . I said chance. And of course yes having a healthy body helps you fight it but there are "healthy" things that make it worse.Exercise .
As long as we let doctors and other people believe and make us believe that we are sick because we are unhealthy or abused , its all in our head it will keep people from believing this is a real disease that can not be cured until doctors and others and us accept we will only get worse and we will never get better until real disease and recognized that we are sick, we are in pain and we are never getting well.
Now one diet I agree with is an Asian based diet, they eat it all and guess what balance and they are rarely sick and age very slowly .This is not a stereotype .My best friend was Filipino . She was almost 50 and looked 30 with the body of a 20 yr old and ate fast food half the time and an Asian diet the other.
Another reason as with vitamins our body doesn't absorb the nutrients as well as normal people .Another reason cbd oil is best
